PTO - Countryside Elementary

Welcome to the webpage for the Countryside PTO! The Countryside PTO is a non-profit organization supported by parent volunteers. The purpose of the PTO is to work in the best interests of the children, to promote understanding and cooperation between parents and teachers, and to initiate and encourage ideas and activities in the interest of Countryside School. The PTO provides funding for school programming, resources, and technology that are not paid for by the district and also tries to provide a sense of community through all school, family oriented events. In the past, the PTO has funded the following:

Smart Boards for each classroom
Document Cameras for each teacher
Literacy Library
Staff development and training
Microphone systems for classrooms
Sound panels for multi-purpose rooms
Fitness Trail
Shuttle buses for PTO events
Staff requests ranging from replacing gym equipment, to ISAT prep materials, to classroom learning resources
Teacher allowances to purchase school supplies
Memory Garden and grounds beautification

Dues

PTO Membership Dues ($25 per student)

You can now pay your PTO membership dues online in the web-store. Remember your dues covers PTO membership, program fees, field day, ice cream social, visiting author and contribution to the end of the year teacher appreciation gift. These dues also include party fees (covering game and craft supplies) for each student so our room parents can host Halloween, Winter & Valentine’s Day parties in each classroom.

Grade Level T-Shirts

Grade Level Shirts for field trips and field day will be distributed this year at the beginning of the year. Don't miss your opportunity to select your child's size. We will be ordering soon so please make sure you log in to order Grade Level T-Shirt

Equity Statement

Countryside Elementary PTO is a non-profit parent-run organization whose purpose is to promote, encourage, and build community; to support families of our students; and to support teachers and administrators. Countryside’s PTO’s focus is to strengthen and enhance the social and educational environment by providing events and activities that neither discriminate or eliminate students or families from attending and/or participating in any way.

Participation in any of these fundraisers is always optional. We appreciate the support of our Countryside families. We could not provide these services and contributions to the school without your generosity.
